Existing Residence or Business

To establish an account for a residence or business that is already connected to our system, please call Customer Experience at (864) 582-6375. Our team is available to assist you from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

  • Please be prepared to provide the following information:
  1. Name, date of birth and Social Security Number
  2. Tax ID number, if applicable
  3. Address of the property to receive service
  4. Mailing address
  5. Email address (optional)
  6. Daytime, evening, and mobile phone numbers
  7. Date service is expected to begin

A utility deposit and new account fee may also be required to establish service.
