We understand that customers are concerned about the diesel spill that occurred at Four Mile Branch Creek earlier this week. We want all customers to know that the location and creek impacted in no way threaten the drinking water resources managed by Spartanburg Water. The spill occurred miles below our reservoirs and treatment plant. Our community should remain confident in the safety and integrity of their drinking water. To file an insurance claim, please complete the Damage Claim Form below. Please upload copies of any documentation that supports your claim for review.

Claims may also be submitted in person through the Customer Experience department located at 200 Commerce Street Spartanburg, SC 29306, or submitted by calling Claims at 864-598-7228. Please note claims submitted in person do not correlate to faster processing times.

Any matters relating to sewer back-up or water damage should be immediately reported to Customer Experience at 864-582-6375.

Once the claim is submitted, please allow up to two business days for a member of the Claims department to reach out.
