All Spartanburg Water Customers Asked to Follow Voluntary Water Restrictions
Out of an abundance of caution, with drought conditions expected to persist, Spartanburg Water is requesting that all customers consider voluntary water use restrictions and actions, including those customers in Landrum under a previous proclamation. This request will take effect at 1 p.m. on Friday, May 22.

- Access Our Online Payment Portal
- One-Time Payment: Make a one-time payment with your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit card or debit card using your customer and account numbers. Please note there is a $3 service fee when paying with a card.
- Recurring Credit Card Payment: Register your account online to sign up for an automatic draft from your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit card or debit card. Please note there is a $3 service fee when paying with a card.
- eBill Registration: Stop paper bills from piling up by registering online for eBill, the notification of future bills via e-mail only. Opt for eBills by registering your account online and then selecting the eBill option.
- Online Bill Payment Through Your Bank: Combine your customer number and account number as a 12-digit entry (with no spaces or dashes) for the “account number” field when registering this payment method.
