Printed forms can be turned in to the receptionist in our main lobby, by mail or through our drive-thru window during normal business hours, weekdays, 8 a.m.-5:00 p.m. for the lobby and 8 a.m.-5:30 p.m. for the drive-thru.

**All public comment forms for commission meetings, including online, are due for the meeting no later than 12 p.m. (noon) the Thursday before the meeting. For the August 25, 2026, meeting, forms must be submitted by Thursday, August 20, by 12 p.m. (noon).
