Spartanburg Water is committed to providing for the health and safety of our employees, while continuing to provide the important services our customers and community depend on. In light of the recent increases in COVID-19 infections in our community, beginning Monday, August 16, the Main Lobby in our Administration Building at 200 Commerce St. will be closed to walk-in traffic.
Our Spartanburg Water Customer Service team members, however, will continue to provide support for in-person payments at our Administration Office drive-thru windows, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. We are also offering our normal Customer Service support by phone on weekdays between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. at (864) 582-6375. Our after-hours and emergency call system remains fully operational as well.
For customers who need assistance that cannot be handled over the phone or online, we will offer scheduled appointments for in-person visits Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Please contact our main Customer Service line at (864) 582-6375 for more information and to schedule an appointment. All visitors will be required to fill out a Visitor Questionnaire and receive a temperature check. Masks are also required for in-person visits.
We strongly encourage any customers with the capability to access our online portal at www.spartanburgwater.org and submit payments electronically. Payments can also be made by phone through our automated service at (844) 223-3041.
