Spartanburg Water announces promotion in Industrial Pretreatment

Spartanburg Water is pleased to announce the promotion of Eddie Pierson to the position of Industrial Pretreatment Specialist for the compliance division of the organization. In his new role Pierson will be conducting inspections, auditing and permitting industrial users to ensure compliance with the various rules and regulations associated the Industrial Pretreatment Program. 

Pierson joined Spartanburg Water in December 1998 when he was hired as a licensed wastewater operator. He most recently served the company in the role of Industrial Pretreatment Technician. Pierson holds both a SC Class A Biological Wastewater Operator License and a SC Biosolids Operator License. He has over 25 year of experience in wastewater treatment.
