1. The base charge covers the cost of meter reading, billing, customer service, meter maintenance and repair.
2. All bi-monthly bills are due and payable within 25 days from date of billing. If the total amount due is not paid by the date shown on each bill, a late payment charge of $1.50 + 1.5% of the unpaid balance will be added to the account balance. A second notice is mailed five days after the due date of the bill. Accounts not paid by the due date on the second notice are subject to a nonpayment service charge and disconnection of service.
3. A separate connection, line, and meter are required for each house, mobile home, or building.
